This document defines the policy of the Dogchill service regarding the processing of personal data of the user.

1.1 This Policy is an integral part of the Agreement, posted and available on the Internet at: https://dogchill.com.ua/legal/.
1.2 By entering into the Agreement, you freely, of your own free will and in your own interests, provide written consent to all methods of processing your personal data that are necessary to provide services and services, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, transfer of personal data.
2.1 Personal information in this Policy means:
2.1.1 Information provided by the user independently, including the user's personal data. The information required for the provision of services is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the user at his/her discretion.
2.1.2 Data that is automatically transmitted in the process of using the website www.dogchill.com.ua using the software installed on the user's device, including IP address, cookie information, information about the user's browser, access time, address of the requested page.
3.1 The Operator collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary for the provision of services and the provision of services. The Operator may use the User's personal data for the following purposes:
Identification of the party within the framework of agreements and contracts with the Operator;
Providing the user with personalized services;
Communication with the user, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of services, the provision of services, as well as processing requests and applications from the user;
Targeting of advertising materials;
Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.
4.1 The Operator may process special categories of personal data relating to race, nationality, health status, and the Operator undertakes to obtain the subject's written consent to the processing of his or her personal data.
4.2 The Operator has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:
The user has given his/her consent to such actions;
The transfer is necessary as part of the user's use of a particular service or to provide a service to the user;
The transfer is provided for by Ukrainian or other relevant legislation within the framework of the procedure established by law.
4.3 The Operator takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
4.4 The Operator has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to another person with the consent of the personal data subject, unless otherwise provided by the law of Ukraine, on the basis of an agreement concluded with this person. In this case, the Operator in the agreement shall oblige the person who processes personal data on behalf of the Operator to comply with the principles and rules for processing personal data provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine on personal data.
4.5 If the Operator entrusts the processing of personal data to another person, the Operator shall be liable to the personal data subject for the actions of the said person. A person who processes personal data on behalf of the Operator shall be liable to the Operator.
4.6 Personal data shall be stored in a form that allows identifying the subject of personal data no longer than the purposes of personal data processing require, unless the period of storage of personal data is established by law or contract. The processed personal data is subject to destruction or depersonalization upon achievement of the processing purposes or in case of loss of the need to achieve these purposes, unless otherwise provided by law.
5.1 The User may at any time change the personal information provided by him or her or part of it, as well as its confidentiality parameters, using the function of editing personal data in the "Profile" section of the User's personal account.
5.2 The user can also delete the personal information provided by him within a particular account by writing a written application to the Operator. In this case, the removal of the user may result in the inability to use some of the Operator's services.
6.1 The Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted.
