We work only with animals that have up-to-date mandatory vaccinations.

For the safety of all our pets and our specialists, dogs and cats must have up-to-date mandatory vaccinations appropriate for their age.
Important: Vaccinations must be administered no later than 2 days before the service begins so that your pet can remain under your supervision after vaccination and you can monitor its well-being.

An exception may be made only if the owners remain in town and we are providing daytime pet care services. In such cases, decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
